Key in Fitness for Futsal, Running
This is common for all coaches in futsal sport.
Running is a necessity for building stamina and injury prevention before any futsal game.
Uses running as a punishment for losing result and any mistake are appropriate since that act can return in good result afterwards.
Human body can really excel further even just when we run consistently.
Professional futsal player that being doing this the whole time will have no fitness problem in their futsal match.
So just keep on running, a basic thing that will come in a long way.
