Beep Test

In futsal sport, performance and the ability of a team can be asses by the individual player.

Several testing method can be used by trainer, such as Illinois Agility Test, 20/40 Metres Dash Test and Hoff Test.

The most common test will be the Beep Test, a measure of how well the stamina of a player.

The test can put the team on shape and test readiness in the futsal team.

Ability test can also be the motivator factor to the player for them to improve further their skills and stamina.

What do the most sought after skills in futsal?

Depends on what is the player position in one match.

With that entire technical thing, one thing in common with the entire player despite all their position, speeds ability.

With high speed ability you will give an impact in the futsal game and you will be noticed.

The speed is in all aspect, in defence, control ball, running with the ball, and turning fast.

So drills for speed are important. Not to forget about core training, because our body is integrated.

When running, hand, legs, core body is all utilize.

In sport, the strength training is very important to prevent injury and improved performance.


The thinking of strength training produce bulky and slow body is so absurd.
