Balance Training In Futsal


High speed sport like futsal makes the player to run and stop swiftly with the ball in control.


Here comes the balancing of the player body, to increase the player balancing.


A set of training that imitates the movement of running and stopping is needed to be done.


Set a range about 10 meters, and then run back and forth quickly.


Rest every 8 set of running.


Although this training seems simple, but it is even used by the professional player to increase balancing and agility.
