Strength Training for Futsal


In sport, the strength training is very important to prevent injury and improved performance.


The thinking of strength training produce bulky and slow body is so absurd.


With proper weight and quick rep of set, this will produce a body with muscular strength and agility.


In term of futsal game, strength and agility will help a lot, since to
dribble pass defender can sure takes a lot of rapid body movement.

For a starter, a dumbbell training with quick rep consistently is a positive training to build up strength.
