Dynamic vs Static Stretching, Futsal

Warming up before one futsal match is a must.

We must do stretching to warm up and there are several types of stretching to choose.

There is dynamic and static stretching.

Test has showed that the static stretching shows that it does not really prevent injury.

Dynamic stretching is more advice for sportsmen to warm up before a futsal game.

By moving your body, hand and legs, the flexibility and stretch of one body increase even more optimum.

That is why dynamic stretching is more likely to prevent injury rather than static stretching.

A sports performance program could look like this:

Beginning - Dynamic warm up
Middle - Actual workout
End - Cool down/static stretching
