Dynamic stretching is more advice for sportsmen to warm up before a futsal game.

By moving your body, hand and legs, the flexibility and stretch of one body increase even more optimum.

That is why dynamic stretching is more likely to prevent injury rather than static stretching.

A sports performance program could look like this:

Ball Possession in Futsal Game

In futsal game, ball possession is very important.
This is to control the game as what we wanted.
The concept is simple, opponent don’t get the ball they don’t get to score.
Passing neatly in one team can provide a good possession of the ball.
Other than that, stop ball, individual ball possession is the key of the team possession.
A good chemistry futsal team will help when their partner is in trouble by giving him the area to pass the ball cleanly.
Possession is one difficult part to master, because it relate to the whole team game play.
